PARISH SURVEY | ENCUESTA PARROQUIAL

YOUR OPINION MATTERS AT ST. AUGUSTINE PARISH!

This Lent, I want to invite all parishioners to share your feedback in a survey called the Disciple Maker Index. I am aware that we are still in the operational transition stage after the unification of the two parishes, but this survey will help us visualize the areas in which we must put more effort in the next stage called Building a New Reality. Your feedback and input will help shape various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best parish possible.

Please complete this short 10-15 minute survey as soon as possible.

• Or take the survey on paper. You can find a copy on the tables as you exit the church.

The survey is only available from Ash Wednesday, February 22, to March 31, and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and feedback on our parish's efforts to help you grow. All responses are confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole.

We will receive the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we have learned with the entire parish.

¡SU OPINIÓN IMPORTA EN LA PARROQUIA SAN AGUSTÍN!

Esta Cuaresma, quiero invitar a todos los feligreses a compartir sus comentarios en una encuesta llamada Índice de Creadores de Discípulos. Soy consciente de que aún estamos en la etapa de transición operacional luego de la unión de las dos parroquias, pero esta encuesta nos va a ayudar a visualizar las áreas en las que debemos poner mayor empeño en la siguiente etapa llamada Construyendo una Nueva Realidad. Sus comentarios y aportes ayudarán a dar forma a varios ministerios mientras planificamos para el futuro y nos esforzamos por ser la mejor parroquia posible.

Por favor complete esta encuesta breve de 10 a 15 minutos tan pronto como sea posible.

La encuesta solamente está disponible del Miércoles de Ceniza, 22 de febrero, al 31 de marzo, y le pedirá que reflexione sobre su propio crecimiento espiritual y comentarios sobre los esfuerzos de nuestra parroquia para ayudarlo a crecer. Todas las respuestas son confidenciales y la parroquia solamente recibirá información sobre la comunidad en su conjunto.

Recibiremos los resultados esta primavera/verano y en ese momento compartiremos lo que hemos aprendido con toda la parroquia.
